Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 29, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SOLOSTARTECH website and the internet, installation, networking, software, computer, server, ISP infrastructure, data-center, and technical support services supplied by SOLOSTARTECH. By ordering, accessing, or continuing to use a service, you agree to these terms and any quotation, order confirmation, service-level agreement, project scope, or other written terms issued for that service.
If a signed proposal, service order, or service-level agreement conflicts with this page, the service-specific written agreement will apply to that conflict.
1. Service Availability and Acceptance
Internet and on-site services are subject to coverage, technical feasibility, infrastructure availability, building permission, right-of-way requirements, scheduling, and an assessment of the requested location. Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee installation. A service becomes confirmed when SOLOSTARTECH accepts the order and communicates the applicable package, price, installation requirements, and activation steps.
2. Customer Information and Authority
You must provide accurate contact, address, billing, and technical information. A person ordering for a business, property, ISP, or data center confirms that they have authority to approve the service, site access, configuration work, and related charges. You must promptly notify us if important account or contact information changes.
3. Packages, Prices, Taxes, and Billing
Published internet package prices apply to the listed package unless a quotation or order confirmation states otherwise. Installation, infrastructure, equipment, building NOC, right-of-way, taxes, project work, or special configuration charges may be additional and will be communicated where applicable. Bills must be paid by the stated due date using an accepted payment method. Pricing or package features may change prospectively; changes do not alter charges already confirmed for completed work.
4. Installation, Site Access, and Equipment
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the installation site and obtaining permission from the owner, building management, or relevant authority. Router, ONU, cabling, access-point, server, switch, OLT, CCTV, or other equipment ownership and warranty depend on the applicable invoice or written agreement. You must not remove, relocate, open, reset, resell, or modify provider-owned equipment without authorization.
5. Internet Speed, Shared Capacity, and WiFi
Residential packages are shared internet services unless expressly sold as dedicated connectivity. Advertised speeds describe the selected package tier and are not a promise that every device or application will continuously achieve the maximum rate. Performance can be affected by network demand, upstream services, WiFi conditions, router capability, device limitations, cabling, interference, remote servers, content providers, maintenance, and events outside reasonable control. Dedicated or guaranteed service levels apply only when stated in a written agreement.
6. Fair and Acceptable Use
You must use the services lawfully and must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt networks, distribute malware, send abusive or unsolicited traffic, infringe intellectual-property rights, interfere with other users, bypass security or billing controls, or use a residential service for unauthorized resale. Fair-usage or volume limits may apply where disclosed for a package. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, network, credentials, and connected devices.
7. Security and Account Credentials
You must protect usernames, passwords, WiFi keys, remote-access credentials, and equipment configuration details. Notify SOLOSTARTECH promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or compromise. We may require a password reset, security update, configuration change, or temporary access restriction to protect customers, infrastructure, or services.
8. Maintenance, Outages, and Technical Support
SOLOSTARTECH may perform planned or emergency maintenance, upgrades, repairs, migrations, or security work. We aim to restore affected services reasonably, but response and restoration times depend on the service agreement, fault type, location, access, equipment availability, upstream providers, and circumstances. Support may be remote, on-site, or workshop-based depending on the issue and agreed scope.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or restrict a service for overdue payment, unlawful or harmful activity, security risk, material breach, misuse of equipment, refusal of necessary access, or protection of the network and other users. Where reasonably possible, we will communicate the reason and steps required for restoration. Either party may end a service according to the notice, minimum term, payment, equipment-return, and project-completion conditions stated in the applicable agreement.
10. Software, Websites, and Project Services
Software development, Android applications, web applications, websites, integrations, and similar projects are governed by the approved scope, milestones, deliverables, acceptance process, payment schedule, support period, and change-request procedure. Ownership or licensing of source code, designs, data, and deliverables depends on the written project agreement and any third-party licences. Requests outside the approved scope may require a revised schedule and additional charges.
11. Network, Server, ISP, and Data-Center Work
For router, switch, OLT, server, virtualization, ISP, or data-center support, the customer must provide authorized access, accurate topology and equipment information, suitable maintenance windows, and current backups where appropriate. Infrastructure changes can involve service interruption or operational risk. Work will follow the agreed scope, but the customer remains responsible for business continuity, data backups, vendor licences, and approvals unless a written agreement assigns a specific responsibility to SOLOSTARTECH.
12. Customer Data and Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that data supplied for configuration, support, migration, development, or troubleshooting may lawfully be shared and processed for the requested work.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
Some services depend on third-party networks, platforms, software, licences, payment services, hardware vendors, or content providers. Their terms and availability may apply separately. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not make SOLOSTARTECH responsible for their content, security, or availability.
14. Warranties and Liability
We will provide services with reasonable care and skill within the confirmed scope. Except for rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, services are supplied subject to technical limitations, availability, and the applicable written agreement. SOLOSTARTECH is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by customer equipment or configuration, unauthorized activity, third-party failure, missing backups, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such a limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
15. Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, civil disturbance, government action, utility failure, fibre cuts, upstream carrier failure, widespread cyber incidents, or inability to obtain required access or materials. Obligations will resume when reasonably possible.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect service, operational, legal, security, or business changes. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material service-specific changes will be handled according to the applicable agreement and legal requirements.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. If a dispute occurs, the parties should first attempt to resolve it in good faith through customer support and documented communication. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court or other competent authority with jurisdiction, subject to any dispute procedure in the applicable written agreement.
